information: click here

We recommend that you apply for your visa early. The Program Committee is not responsible for arranging visas and has no influence over their issuance. However, should you need an official invitation letter for visa application purposes, you may contact Congress staff who will provide a letter for you. You must include your name and address exactly as this information appears in your passport and send an email requesting an invitation letter.

No registration fee refunds will be issued for cancellation or non-attendance due to failure to obtain a visa. The Program Committee cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from non-observance or non-compliance with US laws, rules and regulations related to visitor entry.

The official language of the congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Upon request, Congress staff is pleased to send a personal letter of invitation to assist participants who wish to obtain supporting funds or a visa to attend the Congress. Invitation letters are not an offer of financial support and do not guarantee the issuance of a visa. The letter will be sent once the registration payment is processed.

Neither the ISCFS, Program Committee nor Congress staff and management assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during the Congress. We encourage registrants to secure their own health, travel and personal property insurance.

All participants and guests must wear Congress name badges at all Congress events.

Smoking is not permitted in any Congress meeting rooms, lunch service area, or the Foyer/Exhibit area.

WiFi Internet access area will be available at the Congress venue.
